Use Kaizala Actions to create a survey.

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Discover.

2. Tap Kaizala Actions, and then tap Survey.

3. Tap Try.

4. Select a contact or group.

5. Add a title and description, and then tap Next.

6. Tap Add a question, choose a response type, add your question, and then tap Done.

7. When you're done adding questions, tap Next and set your options.

8. Tap Send.
