Diagnose an SAP workflow for configuration issues

Diagnose an SAP workflow for configuration issues

As an administrator, you can check for configuration problems in an SAP workflow in your Tasks Center site. This procedure is helpful as you determine before-hand if workflows are set up properly on your site.

  1. On the Duet Enterprise for Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Web site, open the Tasks Center site.

  2. Click the Site Actions menu and then click Site Settings.

  3. On the Site Settings, under SAP Workflow configuration, click Diagnose configuration problems.

The Diagnose Workflow Configuration page lists all workflows that are configured on the Tasks Center site.

  4. On the Diagnose Workflow Configuration page, in the SAP Workflow Name column, click on a workflow name for which you want to run the diagnostics to verify configuration issues.

The workflow page displays the status of different components of the workflow. You can use the different indicators to quickly determine the status.
