Print notes with OneNote for Windows 10

The beauty of OneNote is that you never have to print anything. That's because all your notes are easily searchable and available for you on all your devices. However, there may be times when you want to print a page of your notes from OneNote for Windows 10.

1. On the page you want to print, click the Settings and More button located in the top-right corner of the app window, and then select Print.

2. In the Print window that appears, select the printer you want (or click + Add a printer).

3. Set any options you want, such as the page orientation. For additional printing options, click More settings.

4. Click Print to print the current page on the printer you selected.
