Envelope Setup dialog box

Use this dialog box to help you print envelopes on your printer.

Envelope feed method     Select the way that your printer recommends feeding the envelopes.

Six illustrations show an envelope being fed into a printer. The image with the thick blue border shows the recommended option for your printer.

Depending on the options that you select, the images will change.

• Face up     Click this option to print an envelope face up.

• Face down     Click this option to print an envelope face down.

Clockwise rotation     Select this check box to turn the envelope lengthwise 180 degrees, so that the area that would have been printed first will be printed last.

For example, if your printer's default settings print the return address first, select Clockwise rotation so that the mailing address is printed first and the return address is printed last.

Clear the check box to use your printer's default settings.

Feed from     Select a printer tray to print from.

Note: The number of trays and options vary, depending on the type and model of your printer.

Open the Envelope Setup dialog box

To open the Envelope Setup dialog box, do the following:

1. On the File menu, click Print, and then click the Printer Details tab.

2. Click Advanced Printer Setup, and then click the Printer Setup Wizard tab.

3. Click Envelope Setup Dialog.
