Fewer and fewer people have been using the Suggested Contacts feature, so we removed the ability to add new contacts to the folder and moved it out of the way in Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 for Windows. Here's where to find it if you're a Suggested Contacts fan.
Note: You can no longer add contacts to the Suggested Contacts folder.

On the Navigation Bar, click
> Folders.

Click Suggested Contacts in the Folder Pane.
