Use the two tab control shapes, Tab Control (body) and Tab Control (tabs), to create a multi-tabbed box. The shapes are designed to connect leaving the correct spacing between them. To indicate that a tab is currently active, right-click the Tab Control (tabs) shape and click Foreground Tab.

Create a multi-tabbed box

  1. From Windows and Dialogs drag a Tab Control (body) onto the drawing page.

  2. Place a Tab Control (tabs) shape on the Tab Control (body) and glue its begin point Begin point image - green square with X inside to the body's connection point Connection point image - blue X .

  3. Drag out another Tab Control (tabs) shape and glue its begin point Begin point image - green square with X inside to the first tab's end point End point image, which is plus sign in a green square .

  4. Repeat step 3 for remaining tabs.

When you select a Tab Control (tabs) shape and type a name for it, the shape changes width to accomodate the text.
