Give a presentation from an iPhone, iPod, iPod touch, or iPad

Step 1: Send your slides to iPhoto

When you send your slides to iPhoto, your slides are converted to pictures. This removes any transitions, animations, movies, or audio in the presentation.

Important: To complete this procedure, you must have iPhoto 6 or a later version installed and your device must be set up to synchronize with iPhoto.

  1. On the File menu, point to Share, and then click Send to iPhoto.

  2. In the New Album Name box, type a name for your collection of photos.

  3. On the Format pop-up menu, select the picture format that you want.

  4. Do one of the following:

Under Slides, click All.

Send selected thumbnail or sorted slides

Under Slides, click Selected.

  1. To save the slides as pictures, click Send to iPhoto.

Step 2: Use iTunes to transfer pictures to your device

After you send the slides to iPhoto as pictures, you can use iTunes to transfer the pictures to a device such as iPhone, iPod, iPod touch, or iPad.

  1. Connect your device to your computer.

  2. Open iTunes, and then add the pictures to your device.

Step 3: Give a presentation

Now that your slides are on your device as individual pictures, you can present your slide show directly on the device. Or, connect your device to a projector or another computer that has iTunes installed, and give your presentation.
