Text is too big to fit in the frame

The text in a text box is too big to fit in the text-box frame. If this condition is not fixed, the text will be exported as an image when the publication is sent as an e-mail message. Readers will not be able to see all of the text, the image quality will be low, and the image will add to the file size of the e-mail message.

To find and select the item, click the error message in the Design Checker task pane, click the arrow, and then click Go to this Item.

Automatic fix

Reduce font size of text to fit      Click this fix to reduce the size of the text so that it will fit in the text box.

Manual fix

To fix this problem manually, do the following:

1. Select the text that you want to change.

2. On the Format menu, click Font.

3. In the Font dialog box, under Size, enter the font size that you want.
