Deck.pptx can't be converted for presentation
As a quick workaround, you can open the PowerPoint file and use program or desktop sharing to present your content.
If uploading a PowerPoint file fails in your Lync meeting, check the following and try again:

Check to make sure the file is not Information Rights Management (IRM) protected. If it is, you can remove this by clicking File, Info, Protect Presentation, Restrict Permissions by People, and then un-checking Restricted Access.

Close any open PowerPoint dialog boxes.

Try opening the file in PowerPoint first. It's possible a VBA script has failed.

Make sure you have PowerPoint installed and the file contains at least one non-hidden slide.

Install Office Component Visual Basic for Applications.
