To bring your old G Suite emails into Microsoft 365, you need to import them using Outlook. This involves several steps.
Export your G Suite Gmail

In Outlook, Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

In the Import and Export Wizard, choose Export to a file, and then choose Next.

On the Export to a File page, choose Outlook Date File (.pst), and then choose Next.

On the Export Outlook Data File page, make sure your Inbox is selected, select Include subfolders, and then choose Next.

Choose Browse, select a location for this backup file that's easy to remember, such as your desktop, choose OK, and then choose Finish in the wizard.

You can skip the password suggestion, and choose OK.
Remove your Gmail account from Outlook
After your backup file has been created, you can remove your Gmail account from Outlook, because you can't add multiple accounts with the same email address.

Choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

In the Account Settings dialog box, on the Data Files tab, choose Add, enter a different file name, and choose OK.

On the Email tab, choose Remove.

Choose Yes to continue, and then close the dialog box.

Close and restart Outlook.
Add your new Microsoft 365 email account to Outlook

Choose File > Add Account, type your email address in the field provided, choose Connect, type your email password, and choose Sign in.

Leave the Allow my organization to manage my device check box selected, choose Yes, choose Done, and then choose OK in the Mail Delivery Location message.

On the confirmation page, you can add another account to Outlook, or select Done.
Your new Microsoft 365 emails will start to arrive in Outlook.
Import your G Suite Gmail

Choose File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

In the Import and Export Wizard, choose Import from another program or file, and then choose Next.

On the Import a File page, choose Outlook Data File, and then choose Next.

On the Import Outlook Data File page, browse to the location where you saved the backup file, choose Open, and then choose Next in the wizard.

Verify that you're importing the file to the correct Inbox, and choose Finish.

When you see all of the imported emails, calendar, and contacts from G Suite in your new Microsoft 365 account, you can right-click the data file and close it.
After you connect your domain to Microsoft 365 and email is working, you're ready to set up Outlook for your Microsoft 365 email, calendar, and contacts.
Go to the Start menu, and type Outlook.
When Outlook opens, you see your old G Suite Gmail account that was set up previously. To bring these emails into Microsoft 365, you need to import them using Outlook. Select File, Open & Export, then Import/Export to open the Import and Export Wizard.
Choose Export to a file, then Next.
Then choose Outlook Data File, and Next.
Make sure your Inbox is selected, and you've checked to include subfolders. Then Next.
Choose Browse, and save this backup file to an easy location, like your desktop.
Choose OK, then Finish.
You can skip the password suggestion, and select OK.
Now that the backup file has been created, you can remove your Gmail account from Outlook, because you can't add another account to it with the same address.
Select File, Account Settings, and Account Settings again.
Before you can remove the account, you have to first create a new data file by selecting Data Files, Add, give it a different name, and OK.
Return to the Email tab in the Account Settings dialog box, and select Remove.
Chose Yes to continue, then close the dialog box.
It's always a good idea to close and restart Outlook at this point.
Now you can add your new Microsoft 365 email account to Outlook. Select File, Add Account, type your email address in the field provided, click Connect, type your email password, and Sign in.
Leave the check box about letting your organization manage your device selected. Select Yes to use this account everywhere in Microsoft 365. Select Done, and then OK to the Exchange message. You can add another account to Outlook, or select Done.
You start to see your new Microsoft 365 emails arrive in Outlook.
To import your old G Suite Gmail, select File, Open & Export, and Import/Export.
Choose Import from another program or file, Next, Outlook Data File, Next, browse to the location where you saved the backup file, and select Open. Then Next.
Verify you're importing the file to the correct Inbox, and select Finish.
You now see all of the imported emails, calendar, and contacts from G Suite in your new Microsoft 365 email account.
You won't need this data file anymore, so right-click it and close it. You're done importing your emails, calendar, and contacts in Outlook.
