You can import the data in a SharePoint list by using the Data Selector wizard.

On the Data tab, click Custom Import.

On the first page of the wizard click Microsoft SharePoint Foundation list and then click Next.

On the Select a site page of the Data Selector wizard, in the Site box, type the address of the SharePoint site that has the list or view that you want to import, and then click Next.
Tip: A valid site address starts with http://, followed by the name of the server, and ends with the path to the specific site on the server (http://server name/site name).

On the Select a list page, do the following:

Under Lists, select the list that you want to import.

Under Link Options, select either Link to a list or Link to a view of a list, and then click Next.

If you selected Link to a view of the list, the Select a view page opens. Under Views, select the view that you want to import, and then click Next, and then click Finish.

On the Data tab, click Link Data to Shapes.
