Get help producing a yammer live event

Here's what AV staff need to know in order to produce a live event on Yammer using an external encoder device or app.

Yammer uses Microsoft Stream to live-stream the video. The following help topics provide useful information for set up and troubleshooting.

Get help

Support for live events is typically done by IT and AV staff within your organization.

Your Microsoft 365 administrator may have set up Microsoft 365 to include contact information for your local support team. Here's how to find out if this information is there.

  1. In Yammer or from anywhere in Microsoft 365, click the Help icon.

  2. Look at the bottom of the help card to see if local support information is listed.
