Health task field

The Health field contains the current status or condition, such as Early or Completed, of the current task as selected in the Health lookup table, which comes with Project Server and can be modified to reflect an organization's specific status measures.

Best Uses    Add the Health field to a task sheet, such as My Tasks or Timesheets, when you want team members to specify the current status or condition of a selected task. Choices might include values such as On Schedule or Blocked.

Example    You are the project manager for the development of a Web-based customer service solution. You add the Health field to the standard My Tasks sheet used by team members. In the Health lookup table that appears, team members can specify the current status of each task, and that can then be reflected in status reports.

Remarks    This field is an example of a custom enumerated field provided with Project Server. You can view a list of available custom fields and also create your own in the left pane of Project Web App.
