Print multiple views of a form

If your form contains multiple views, you may be able to specify which views are printed when you print the form, and in what order. Your ability to do this depends on the design of the form.

  1. On the File menu, click Print.

  2. In the Print dialog box, select the Multiple Views check box.

  3. If necessary, click Settings to open the Print Multiple Views dialog box.

Note: If the Multiple Views check box or Settings button appears dimmed, then the form designer has chosen to disable customization.

  4. In the Print Multiple Views dialog box, select the check boxes next to the views you want to print.

  5. To change the order in which views are printed, use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to rearrange the list.

  6. To insert a horizontal line or page break between each view, select the appropriate option in the Separate views with list.
