Toolbar shape shortcut menu commands

Right-click a Toolbar shape to see the following commands:

• Lock Toolbar either locks the toolbar's position (so that it can't be moved in the application window) or unlocks it. If it's unlocked, a column of small dots at the shape's left edge indicates that it can be moved.

• Show Toobar Separator adds a border line on the shape's left edge to distinguish between multiple Toolbar shapes that are positioned side by side.

• Size options allow you to choose a standard size or set a custom one.

XP toolbar button shortcut menu commands

Right-click an XP toolbar button shape to see the following commands:

• Set Button Type opens the Shape Data dialog box, where you can choose from buttons such as New, Save, or Print.

• Show Button adds a standard background behind the button.

• Size options allow you to choose from two standard sizes.

Toolbar separator and Button separator shapes

• Use these to divide toolbar buttons or separate buttons into logical groups.

Blank button

• Add a graphic to a Blank button shape to create a custom button.

Toolbar dropdown

• Glue a Toolbar dropdown shape to the right side of a toolbar button to indicate that there are additional options to choose from.

Overflow chevron

• Glue an Overflow Chevron shape to the right side of a toolbar to indicate that there are additional buttons that couldn't fit onto the toolbar.
