Enabling search in a custom Lists tool

You can enable search in a custom Lists tool so that Windows Search scans items and displays item titles in the Search Result window. You must also select a field in the form template design to be used for displaying item titles in the Search Result window.

Note: Search is enabled by default in Lists tools.

1. Enter the Designer.

2. Click Settings and Options.

3. On the Settings tab, check Allow search.
