Cannot share a Business Contact Manager database from a computer running Windows XP Home

If you receive this message, your computer is running the Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition operating system. You cannot share a Business Contact Manager database that is located on a computer running Windows XP Home Edition with users on other computers. You can, however, share a Business Contact Manager database that is located on a computer running Windows XP Home Edition with other users who access it from the same computer.
