As a SharePoint Online admin, you can access a list of information about each site collection. This specific information includes a list of site administrators, the number of subsites, storage and usage quotas, and the default URL and title. You can view all of this information in the Site Collection Properties dialog box from the SharePoint admin center.
View properties of a site collection

Sign in to Office 365 as a Global admin or a SharePoint Online admin.

Go to the SharePoint admin center.

On the SharePoint admin center page, select Site Collections.

Select the check box next to the site collection for which you want to view properties.

On the Site Collections tab, in the Manage section, select Properties.
The Site Collection Properties page is displayed.
Description of properties
This table describes the site collection properties you can view in the SharePoint admin center.
Property | Description |
Title | Name of the site collection. |
Web Site Address | URL of the top-level site in the site collection (also known as the root site collection). |
Primary Administrator | The primary administrator for this site collection. (This user's name may be displayed in a form of Claims syntax—for example: i:0#.f|membership|seanc@fabrikam.mydomain.com.) |
Administrators | All administrators for this site collection. (This user's name may be displayed in a form of Claims syntax— for example: i:0#.f|membership|seanc@fabrikam.mydomain.com.) |
Number of Subsites | Number of subsites under this site collection. |
Storage Usage | Size in megabytes (MB) of the site collection. |
Storage Quota | Storage space in MB that is allocated to the site collection. |
Storage Warning Level | The value at which the site collection administrator will be sent an email notification that site collection storage usage is approaching its quota. Not Set indicates that no warning level has been set. |
Resource Usage | A site collection metric compiled by SharePoint Online based on server resources, such as RAM and CPU. This value includes performance data, such as processor time and unhandled exceptions, that refer to code running in sandboxed solutions. If the level exceeds the daily quota, the sandbox is turned off for the site collection. |
Server Resource Quota | Maximum level of resource usage allowed in the site collection. Default is 300 resources. This number gives the quota cap on resource usage. |
Resource Usage Warning Level | The value at which the site collection administrator will be sent an email notification that resource usage is approaching its quota. Not Set indicates that no warning level has been set. |
