Suppose that you have a lot going on at work, and you like to collaborate with your teammates on important files. However, it's time consuming and frustrating trying to email files back and forth and keep track of who has the latest copy. With Office 365, you can collaborate on Office documents, such as PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, from where they're saved to the cloud. And, you and your teammates can work on your documents across multiple devices, including Android phones and tablets and iOS devices. Watch the video to see how it works, and then proceed to the first module to get started.

Office takes the work out of working together.
Office lets my team collaborate on documents wherever we are, using just about any device.
For example, I can use my iPad to update the slides for our marketing plan,
which we've stored in the cloud using OneDrive for Business.
I can invite my teammates to help me edit my slides,
or I can just give them read-only access so they can view them.
We can all edit at the same time, and chat with each other over IM while we're working.
We can even use our Android devices
to find and edit Office documents stored on OneDrive for Business.
The Office apps for iPad and Android give us many of the Office features
that we're used to when working on our desktop computers.
With OneDrive for Business, I can share one file at a time, or a whole folder of files.
The co-authoring features let us work together at our best,
regardless of device or location.
