Marker options

Use these options to specify the marker type and size that you want to use for data markers in your chart.

Important: Marker options are only available for charts that can display data markers, such as line charts or xy (scatter) charts.

Marker Type

Automatic     Displays markers in the same color that is selected for lines in the Line options pane of this dialog box.

None     Displays the chart without markers. Use this option only when lines are also displayed.

Built-in     Displays markers that you select from a list of predefined markers. Click this option, and then click the marker that you want on the list box.

Type     Lets you specify the type of the marker. In the Type list, select the marker type that you want to use.

Size     Lets you specify the size of the marker. Use the arrows to change the size, or type the size that you want in the Size box.
