Save a page in your publication as an EPS file
You may want to create an image of a page in your publication that you can insert in another publication or document. You can do this by saving the page as an Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) file. To save an EPS file, you need to use a color PostScriptTE000128406.
If you don't have a color PostScript printer, you can set up the Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing printer driver. For more information, see Install the Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing printer driver.

On the File menu, click Print, and then click the Publication and Paper Settings tab.

In the Printer name list, select Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing.

Select the Print to file check box.

Click Properties, and then click Advanced.

Under printer name Advanced Document Settings, expand Document Options, and then expand PostScript Options.

In the PostScript Output Option list, select Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), and then click OK twice to return to the Print dialog box.

Under Page range, click Pages, and then type the page number for the single page that you want to save as an EPS file.

On the Printer Details tab, click Advanced Printer Setup, and then click the Separations tab.

In the Print colors as list, do one of the following:

Click Composite RGB to save a composite PostScript file that will be printed to a color desktop printer.

Click Composite Grayscale to save a composite PostScript file that will be printed to a black and white printer.

Click Composite CMYK to save a composite PostScript file that can be used in a third-party trapping or page-imposition program, or printed with a CMYK proofing device.

Click OK.

In the Print dialog box, click Print.

In the Print to file dialog box, select a location to save the EPS file to, and then type a name for your file. Be sure to use the file name extension .eps.

Click Save.
